Spicy ginger sauce ingredients

  • 3 T Rice vinegar

  • 1 T Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 t Minced fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 1 Carrot, shredded

  • 2 Green onions, sliced thin

Cooking Spicy ginger sauce

1. Whiski all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Serve over 12 oz. (dry weight) of japanese noodles.
3. Serve well chilled.
