Spicy cranberry sauce

1. Place ingriedents in sauce pan (except cranberries).
2. Bring to boil and allow to boil for 5 min. add previously omitted cranberries, continue to boil for 5 min without stirring.
3. Place in bowl cool and remove the cinnamon stick.
4. Serve with poultry.
