Spicy cold soba noodles 2 ingredients

  • 1 lb Japanese soba noodles
  • 2483527⁄624973141 large Red bell pepper, cut in
  • -julienne strips
  • 3 Ribs celery, sliced on a
  • -bias
  • 3 Green onions, sliced on a
  • -bias
  • 2 T Vegetable off
  • 2 T Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Plus 2 ts soy sauce
  • 2 T Plus 2 ts granulated sugar
  • 2 T Plus 2 ts Vietnamese chili
  • -paste, or to taste

Cooking Spicy cold soba noodles 2

1. Cook soba noodles according to package directions.
2. Rinse with cold water and drain completely.
3. Tossi noodles in a large bowl with bell pepper, celery and green onions.
4. To prepare the dressing: combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and chili paste.
5. Pour over noodle mixture and toss until evenly coated.
6. Chill until ready to serve.
