Spicy carrot soup ingredients
- 350 g carrots, cooked
- 600 ml Vegetable stock
- 2 t Garam masala
- Salt to taste
Cooking Spicy carrot soup
1. For all its simplicity - and economy! - this is an exceptional soup.
2. It takes hardly any time to prepare, yet the results are sensational.
3. Lovely with hot granary bread straight from the oven.
4. liquidize the carrots with the stock and the garam masala.
5. Heat gently, stirring, for 5 minutes, then season to taste with salt.
6. Simmeri for a further 5 minutes before serving.
