Spicy Beef Ribbons ingredients
- 1 lb rump roast, trimmed
- Marinade
- 1 c Cilantro -- finely chopped
- 1 T fresh ginger root -- peeled minced
- 4 clv garlic, minced
- 4 T Sesame oil
- 2 T chili sauce -- hot
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Rice vinegar
- 1 whole lime -- juiced
- pn Sugar (optional)
- 8 Skewers
Cooking Spicy Beef Ribbons
1. Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick.
2. Mixi remaining ingredients.
3. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer.
5. Grilli or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
