Spicy Beef - Mekeni ako... ingredients
- 1 kg beef (you can use almost any cut - rump
- 1 c Oyster sauce (optional)
- 3 clv Onian, small and chopped
- 4 sli Chilled and cut into pieces
- 2 ds pepper (or to taste)
Cooking Spicy Beef - Mekeni ako...
1) Prepare to boil beef cubes (cut into small cubes optional) until meat is tender
2) Add oyster sauce if meat nearly to dry out but already tender
3) Roasti or fry meat (optional). till it will be grilled or fried enough
4) Pour pepper,diced onions and sliced chilli and cover
5) Prepare to serve
