Spicy Bbq Roast Pork ingredients
- 4 lb Boneless pork loin
- c molasses
- c soy sauce
- c Dijon mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vinegar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t Tabasco sauce
- 6 c Cooked rice
Cooking Spicy Bbq Roast Pork
1. Trim all of the fat from the pork and place into a covered bowl.
2. Combine the molasses, soy, mustard, vinegar, worcestershire, and tabasco-mix well.
3. Pour over the pork and turn to coat well.
4. Cover and chill for 1-48 hours, turning occaisionally transfer pork and marinade to a roasting pan. Remove pork to rest on a carving board.
5. Pour fat off of pan drippings.
6. Thin pan drippings with boiling water as needed.
7. Carve pork thinly.
8. Serve hot, with a small amount of juices.
