Spicy basting sauce ingredients

  • 1 c Orange juice
  • 1⁄2 c Lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 c Packed brown sugar
  • 1 t curry powder
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 1⁄2 t Ginger
  • 1⁄4 t Mace

Cooking Spicy basting sauce

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Use to baste turkeys or chickens during last 30 minutes of cooking.
3. Makes 2 cups sauce.
