Spicey Wine Pot Roast ingredients
- 2 lb top loin steak
- 1 Onions
- 1 pk brown gravy mix
- 1 c water
- 1⁄4 c Tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1⁄4 c Red wine
- 2 t mustard
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 1⁄8 t garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 t mixed herbs -- dried
- parsley -- to garnish
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Spicey Wine Pot Roast
1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
2. Place in crockpot.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients, except parsley, and pour over meat.
4. Cover and cook on LOW 10 hrs. Remove the meat and slice.
