Cooking Spiced Pound Cake

1. Preheat oven to 325. Greasei and flour a 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup bundt pan. Creami butter and sugar together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Blend in vanilla and almond extracts.
4. Sifti flour, mace, or nutmeg and salt together; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
5. Mixi well after each addition.
6. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bakei for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack and cool completely.
