Spiced Peaches

Spiced Peaches ingredients
- 7 lb Peach
- 4 lb Brown sugar
- 1 qt Vinegar
- 1 t cloves, whole
- 1 t Cinnamon sticks
- 1 t Allspice, whole
Cooking Spiced Peaches
1. Tie spices in a bag and add to the vinegar.
2. Bring to a boil and stir in the sugar.
3. Scaldi and peel peaches leaving them whole.
4. Drop peaches, a few at a time, into spiced liquid and cook until soft.
5. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
