Spiced Dijon Shrimp Pate

Spiced Dijon Shrimp Pate ingredients
- 1 lb tiger prawn
- 2 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 c Pernod
- 1⁄2 t Ground mace
- 1⁄4 t Liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 c Unsalted butter
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
Cooking Spiced Dijon Shrimp Pate
1. Combine shrimp, lemon juice, pernod, mace, tabasco, and mustard in a food processor.
2. Pulse to coarsely chop and blend well.
3. Stiri in softened butter.
4. Seasoni to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon into a plastic-lined gelatin mold Cover and chill for 4-48 hours.
6. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with crackers to the side.
