- 2483527⁄624973141 c Plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t baking powder
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground nutmeg
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Low-fat milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c margarine; melted
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Egg substitute
- 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla
- 2 T Sugar
- Cooking Spray
Cooking Spiced Baked Doughnuts
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl, making a well in center of mixture.
2. Combine milk and margarine, egg, vanilla, stirring just until moistened.
3. Spoon batter by 2 heaping tablespoons into each of a minibundtette pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Smooth tops with a knife.
5. Bakei at 400 for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Remove from pan immediately.
7. Repeat.
8. Sifti powdered sugar over doughnuts.
