Cooking Spiced Bake Sweet Potatoes

1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
2. Wash & scrub potatoes, leaving the skins on. Cut the into sticks & set aside.
3. Mixi together spices & oil. Add potato sticks to mixture & coat well.
4. Lay onto a cookie sheet & bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
5. Stiri them half way through cooking.
