Spiced Almond Macaroons ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Superfine sugar
- 2 c Sliced almonds; ground
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 3 large Egg whites
- 2 T sliced almonds
Cooking Spiced Almond Macaroons
1. Greasei cookie sheets well.
2. Mixi sugar, ground almonds, and cinnamon.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gently stir in ground almond mixture.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
5. Sprinkle with a sliced almond or two on top of each.
6. Bakei 350~ for 10 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire rack.
8. If the last few stick, return pan to oven to reheat and remove cookies immediately.
