Spice Fried Fish

Spice Fried Fish ingredients
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 t garlic
- 1⁄2 t Bay leaf
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1 lb Firm white fish fillet
- corn oil for frying
- 1⁄3 c flour
- 1⁄4 c parsley
- 2 Lemon
Cooking Spice Fried Fish
1. Combine vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, and chile powder in a food processor.
2. Process to a smooth paste.
3. Transfer to a bowl.
4. Seasoni to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Cut bone from fillets and cut into 1Cubes.
6. Add to paste and gently stir to coat evenly.
7. Cover and chill overnight.
8. Heat oil to 375 degrees in a deep fryer or dutch oven.
9. Dredgei fish in flour.
10. Add to hot oil and deep fry quickly, until golden.
11. Drain on paper towels.
12. Garnishi with parsley and lemon wedges.
13. Serve hot.
