Speedy marinade ingredients

  • 1⁄2 t Rosemary
  • 1⁄2 t thyme
  • 1⁄2 t tarragon
  • 1⁄2 c Cooking oil
  • 1 c Lemon juice

Cooking Speedy marinade

1. Place all ingredients except lemon into small saucepan and heat.
2. When sauce is simmering add lemon juice, and stir to mix well.
3. Cool and pour over meat to marinate.
4. When storing, place covered, in refrigerator until ready to use.
