Special Cinnamon Rolls ingredients

  • 2 pk Active-Dry yeast
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c warm water -- 110 to 115 degrees
  • 8 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c warm milk -- 110 to 115 degrees
  • 2 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil
  • 2 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter, melted
  • FILLING
  • 1 c Packed brown sugar
  • 2 t Ground cinnamon
  • 1 c Raisins
  • 1 c Walnuts, chopped
  • GLAZE:
  • 1 c Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 T milk -- 1-2 Tablespoon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla extract

Cooking Special Cinnamon Rolls

1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
2. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well (do not knead).
3. Place in a greased bowl; turn once.
4. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
5. Punch down.
6. Turn onto a lightly floured board; divide in half.
7. Roll each half into a 12x8 rectangle; brush with butter.
8. Combine filling ingredients; spread over dough.
9. Roll up from long side; seal seam.
10. Slice each roll into 12 rolls; place cut side down in two greased 13x9x2 baking pans.
11. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, 45 min. Bakei at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
12. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over rolls.
13. Cool in pans on wire racks.
