Spanish tomato sauce ingredients
- 1 T butter Or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 small Onions

- 16 oz Tomatoes, Undrained, 1 Can
- 6 oz Tomato Paste, 1 Can
- 1 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried Oregano Leaves, Crushed
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 1 ds Salt
Cooking Spanish tomato sauce
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the onion and green pepper are finely chopped.
2. Simmeri, covered, in a saucepan for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over meat or fish.
4. makes 3 cups.
