Spanish tomato sauce ingredients

  • 1 T butter Or margarine

  • 16 oz Tomatoes, Undrained, 1 Can
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste, 1 Can
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried Oregano Leaves, Crushed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 ds Salt

Cooking Spanish tomato sauce

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the onion and green pepper are finely chopped.
2. Simmeri, covered, in a saucepan for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over meat or fish.
