Spanish beans (habichuelas guisadas) ingredients
- 2 c water
- 1 Small potato, diced
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 1 pn Salt
- 1 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
- 1 pn Black pepper
- 2 T Sofrito
- 1 pk Sazon
- 3 T Tomato sauce
- 1 cn Pinto beans
Cooking Spanish beans (habichuelas guisadas)
1. Place all ingredients in medium saucepan and boil until the potatoes are tender and cooked, about 20 minutes.
2. Serve over white rice.
