Spam Swiss Pie ingredients

  • 1 Deep dish pie shell (9")
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 c Whipping cream
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper
  • 1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
  • -(12 oz)
  • 1⁄4 c Chopped onion
  • 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese,
  • - divided

Cooking Spam Swiss Pie

1. Heat oven to 425'F.
2. Bakei pie shell 6-8 minutes.
3. Reducei oven temperature to 350'F.
4. In bowl, beat together eggs, whipping cream, and pepper.
5. Stiri in SPAM and onion.
6. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese in pie shell.
7. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over egg. Bake 45-55 minutes or until eggs are set.
