Spaghettini Portofino ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb spaghettini
- 4 T olive oil, heated
- 20 Bay scallops
- 24 Rock Shrimp
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 4 T Onion, minced
- 2 c white wine
- 4 c Tomato; seeded, diced
- 1 dsp Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Spaghettini Portofino
1. Cook spaghettini to al dente, rinse & drain.
2. Seari olive oil, scallops, and shrimp over high heat until shrimp turn white.
3. Add garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
4. deglaze with wine two minutes.
5. Add tomato, salt and pepper and simmer 8 minutes.
6. To serve, toss sauce and pasta, place in dishes, garnish with basil leaves.
