Spaghetti w/bacon and egg ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb Bacon
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1⁄2 c white wine
  • 3 T Unsalted butter
  • X Pepper to taste
  • 12 oz Thin spaghetti
  • 1⁄2 c Grated Italian cheese

Cooking Spaghetti w/bacon and egg

1. Cook bacon until lightly crisp.
2. Drain and reserve 2 tbls drippings.
3. Coarsly chop bacon and leave on the side.
4. Melt butter in bacon drippings, add wine and pepper and simmer 5 min. cook spaghetti according to directions.
5. Add bacon to butter-wine mixture.
6. The next step must be done quickly so the eggs will cook from the heat of the pasta.
7. Drain pasta, well.
8. Tossi pasta with bacon sauce and beaten eggs.
