Southwestern style black eyed peas ingredients

  • 1 cn Black-eyed peas
  • 1 Carrots, diced
  • 1⁄2 onions, diced
  • 1⁄4 green peppers, diced
  • 1 Stalk celery, diced
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced or
  • -pressed
  • 1⁄2 t Salt, or to taste
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper, or to taste
  • 1⁄4 t Tobasco or other hot sauce
  • Or to taste

Cooking Southwestern style black eyed peas

1. Mixi all ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to boil.
2. Simmeri for at least 10 minutes, but 20 - 25 is better.
