Southwestern seasoning mix ingredients

  • 1⁄4 c Chili powder
  • 1⁄4 c Onion powder
  • 2 T Ground cumin
  • 2 T Ground coriander
  • 2 T Dried oregano
  • 2 T Dried basil
  • 1 T Dried thyme
  • 1 T garlic Powder

Cooking Southwestern seasoning mix

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Use as a seasoning for cooked vegetables, grilled meats or chip dips.
4. (for use as a dip, combine 1 tablespoon mix with 1 cup sour cream and salt to taste.
5. Chill for 1 hour.
