Southwestern Creamed Corn ingredients
- 3 c Whole kernel corn
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 c Red bell pepper
- c Cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Kosher salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Freshly ground white pepper
Cooking Southwestern Creamed Corn
1. Combine the corn and oil in a glass pan. Place into a microwave oven and cook on high for 5 minutes, stopping to stir once or twice.
2. Stiri in the bell peppers.
3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
4. Stir in the cream.
5. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.
6. Remove from oven, stir.
7. Seasoni to taste with salt and white pepper.
8. Serve hot.
