Southwestern Chicken ingredients

  • 2 15.25 oz whole kernel corn -- drained
  • 1 15 oz ca black beans -- rinsed and drained
  • 1 16 oz ja chunky salsa -- divided
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Southwestern Chicken

1. Combine the corn, black beans and 1/2 cup of salsa in a slow cooker.
2. Top with chicken; pour the remaining salsa over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours or until meat juices run clear.
4. Sprinkle with cheese; cover until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
