Southwest ruffle salad ingredients
- 2⁄3 c HELLMANN'S or BEST FOODS
- -Real Mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 c Sour cream
- 1⁄4 c Chopped cilantro
- 2 T Milk
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 1 Fresh jalapeno peppers
- -seeded and minced
- 1 T Salt
- 7 oz MUELLER'S Pasta Ruffles
- -cooked, rinsed with cold
- -water and drained
- 2 large Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Zucchini, quartered
- -lengthwise and thinly
- -chopped
- 3 Green onions, thinly sliced
Cooking Southwest ruffle salad
1. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, milk, lime juice, jalapeno pepper and salt.
2. Add pasta, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, zucchini and green onions; toss to coat well.
3. Garnishi as desired.
4. Cover; refrigerate.
5. Makes 6-8 servings.
