- 2 c Cooked rice
- 1 jar ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
- 1 bo Diced tomatoes
- 1 bo black beans
- 1 bo ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sour cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sliced green onions
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Crushed Corn Chips
Cooking Southwest Black Bean and Rice Bake
1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degF.
2. Greasei a 13x9-inch baking dish.
3. COMBINE rice, salsa, tomatoes, beans and chiles in large bowl.
4. Add sour cream, green onions, and Monterey Jack cheese.
5. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
6. Top with cheddar cheese and corn chips.
7. BAKE for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
