Southestern shrimp creole ingredients
- 1⁄4 c margarine or butter
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 large Green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pk Diced pimientos (4 oz)
- 1⁄8 T Salt
- 1⁄8 T Pepper
- 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
- -Green Chilies (10 oz)
- 1 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Cooked rice
Cooking Southestern shrimp creole
1. In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender.
2. Stiri in pimientos, salt, pepper and ro*tel; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with cooked rice.
