South West Baked Beans ingredients
- 2 cn dark red kidney beans
- 1 cn black beans
- 1 cn white kidney beans
- 1 cn Italian plum tomatoes
- drained chopped (28oz)
- 1 c chopped yellow onion
- 2 to 4 lar garlic cloves, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c dark molasses
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cider vinegar
- 2 T Honey
- 2 t Dried oregano
- 2 t Dry mustard
- 2 t Ground cumin
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Ground ginger
- 1 t Chili powder
- 1 pn Crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Cooking South West Baked Beans
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. 2. Rinse and drain beans.
3. Place in oven proof casserole.
4. 3. Add remaining ingredients, folding gently so beans don't break up. 4. Bakei, covered for 45 minutes.
5. Remove cover; stir and bake, uncovered, 30 more minutes or until hot and bubbly.
6. Serves 8-10.
