Sour cream stuffing for fish ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Celery, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 c Bread crumbs, dried
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Lemon, diced, peeled
  • 2 T Lemon rind, grated
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 1 t Salt

Cooking Sour cream stuffing for fish

1. Cook celery and onion in butter til tender.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
