Sour cream potato salad ingredients

  • 10 Medium red potatoes, cooked
  • -in jackets
  • c Clear, bottled Italian
  • -dressing

  • 1 c Sliced green onions
  • 4 Hard cooked eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 t Yellow mustard
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Celery seed
  • c Diced cucumber
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Sour cream potato salad

1. While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing.
2. Chill 2 hours.
3. Add celery and onion.
4. Add the egg whites, chopped.
5. Sievei egg yolks, combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and celery seed.
6. Chill 2 hours and add diced cucumber.
