Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies

Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies ingredients
- 3⁄4 c butter
- 2 c Brown sugar - packed
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 3⁄4 c Sour cream
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1 t Baking soda
- 2 c Oats; rolled (raw)
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1 c Raisins
- 1⁄2 c Chopped nuts
Cooking Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies
1. Recipe by: Jo Merrill Creami butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
3. Sifti together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add alternately with oats, nuts and raisins.
4. Beat until smooth.
5. Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bakei at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned and firm to the touch.
7. Cool on wire rack.
8. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
