Sour cream baked catfish ingredients

  • 6 Dressed catfish
  • 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 1⁄2 T flour
  • 1 pt Sour cream
  • 3 T Olives, stuffed, chopped
  • 1 t Celery salt
  • 1⁄2 t Paprika
  • 1⁄2 t Pepper
  • 1⁄4 t thyme
  • 1 T Dillweed, fresh
  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 1 parsley

Cooking Sour cream baked catfish

1. A finalist in the 5th national farm-raised catfish cooking contest place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish.
2. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme.
3. Spread sauce over fish.
4. Sprinkle with dillweed.
5. Bakei in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when touched with a fork.
6. Apply garnish.
7. Also for: catfish, any fish.
