- 5 large Tart apples
- 1 Pastry-lined 9 pie pan
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 2483527⁄624973141 c C and H Granulated Sugar
- c flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Nutmeg
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter Or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dairy Sour Cream
Cooking Sour Cream Apple Pie 2
1. Peeli and cut apples into thick slices.
2. Arrange slices in overlapping rows in pastry-lined pie pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Mixi sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly; spoon over apples.
4. Spread sour cream over top. Bakei in 350 F oven 50 to 55 minutes until apples are tender.
