Sour cherry soup

Sour cherry soup ingredients
- 2 lb Sour cherries pitted drained
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 Stick cinnamon
- 2 T flour
- 6 T Cold water
- 3 c water
- 1 c Dry red wine
- 1 c Heavy Cream
Cooking Sour cherry soup
1. Cook the cherries with the sugar and cinnamon for 10 to 15 min. remove cinnamon; blend flour w/little of the 6 t water.
2. Stiri in what"s left of the 6 t water.
3. Place flour mixture & cherry mixture in blender and blend til smooth.
4. Add 3 cups water & return to pot. Heat til boiling.
5. Chill.
6. Before serving, add chilled cream and wine.
