Soupa fakes ingredients

  • 170 g Lentils
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 4 Garlic cloves, halved

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 190 g Canned peeled tomatoes
  • sea salt
  • Black pepper

Cooking Soupa fakes

1. Boil the lentils for 5 minutes empty the water and add 500ml of water bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes add all the other ingredients and allow to cook on a low heat until all the ingredients are tender (takes about an hour or so) serve when thick.
