Sophia loren's stuffed mushroom caps ingredients
- 1 lb Large mushrooms, washed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Bread crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Shrimp, chopped
- 2 T Green onions, chopped
- 3 T Celery, minced
- 2 T Parsely, chopped
- Worchestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Sophia loren's stuffed mushroom caps
1. Wash and remove stems from mushrooms.
2. Mixi together bread crumbs, shrimps, chopped onions, celery and parsley.
3. Seasoni with Worchestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Use a teaspoon to mound filling onto mushroom caps.
5. Bakei at 350 for about 10 minutes.
6. Then set oven to broil and brown tops lightly.
7. Serve hot.
