Sole In Herbed Butter ingredients

  • 4 T butter, or margarine, softened
  • 1 t dill weed
  • 1⁄2 t Onion powder
  • 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
  • 1⁄2 t salt -- optional
  • 1⁄4 t white pepper
  • 2 lb Sole fillets
  • Fresh dill and lemon wedges

Cooking Sole In Herbed Butter

1. I often rely on seafood recipes for quick meals.
2. This flavorful fish is easy to make and is ready in just a few minutes.

4. Transfer to a skillet; heat on medium until melted.
