Soft pretzels

Soft pretzels ingredients
- 1 pk yeast
- 3⁄4 c Warm water - less 1 tbsp
- 1⁄8 c Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄4 c Oil
- 2 c flour
- 1 ea Egg whites
- 1⁄8 c water
- 1 ea Coarse salt
Cooking Soft pretzels
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. Add sugar, salt, oil, and half the flour.
3. Beat until smooth with a dough hook.
4. Add remaining flour and knead with a dough hook until smooth and elastic.
5. Divide the dough into equal pieces.
6. Roll each piece into a 15" rope and shape into a pretzel.
7. Place on a greased baking sheet.
8. Combine egg white and water.
9. Brush mixture on each pretzel and sprinkle with coarse salt.
10. Bakei at 425 deg f for 15 to 20 minutes.
