Snowball Cookies # 2

Snowball Cookies # 2 ingredients
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 c Pecans; finely chopped
- 1⁄4 c Granulated sugar
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 t vanilla
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Cooking Snowball Cookies # 2
1. Recipe by: Land O Lakes Cookiei Collection Heat oven to 325. In large mixer bowl, combine flour, nuts, granulated sugar, butter and vanilla.
2. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 3-4 minutes.
3. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bakei for 18 to 25 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
6. Remove immediately.
7. Roll in powderwhile still warm and again when cool.
8. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
