  • 4 Water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 oz Bamboo Shoots, Sliced

  • -thin strips

Cooking Snow white chicken

1. Heat oil in frying pan and pour in chicken and saute for a few minutes.
2. Remove chicken and drain off oil. Sautei rest of ingredients, except for cornstarch, for a few minutes.
3. Add cornstarch and cook to thicken for a few minutes.
4. Add sauteed chicken and allow to heat thoroughly.
