Snow peas and water chestnuts

Snow peas and water chestnuts ingredients
- 2 c Fresh Snow Peas
- 1 cn (8oz) water chestnuts
- -(1 cup) sliced
- 2 t Walnut oil
- Ds Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Snow peas and water chestnuts
1. Trim ends and strings off snow peas.
2. Rince and drain water chesnuts.
3. Dry on paper towel.
4. In a large non-stick skillet or a wok, heat walnut oil and sesame oil. Add snow peas and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
5. Add water chesnuts and stir-fry 2 minutes.
6. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
