Snickerdoodles (gold medal)

Snickerdoodles (gold medal) ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c margarine
- 1⁄2 c Shortening
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3⁄4 c flour
- 2 t Cream of tartar
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 3 T Sugar
- 3 t Ground cinnamon
Cooking Snickerdoodles (gold medal)
1. Heat oven to 4000°F.
2. Mixi 1 ½ sugar, the margarine, shortening and eggs in a large bowl.
3. Stiri in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
4. Shape into balls, using rounded teaspoonfuls of dough.
5. Mix cinnamon and three tablespoons of sugar.
6. Roll balls in mixture.
7. Place about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
8. Bakei until set, about 8 to 10 minutes.
9. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
