Snickerdoodles 2 ingredients
- 1 c butter Or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Brown sugar - packed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar; +plus+
- 1 t Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour, all-purpose
- 2 c Uncooked oats
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Baking soda
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt; (optional)
Cooking Snickerdoodles 2
1. Heat oven to 375'.
2. Greasei cookie sheet.
3. In large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs; mix well.
5. In medium bowl, combine flour, oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, soda and salt.
6. Add to sugar mixture; mix well.
7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
8. In small bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle lightly over each cookie.
9. Bakei 8 to 10 minutes.
10. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
