Smoky broiled catfish ingredients

  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
  • 2 t Liquid wood-smoke flavoring
  • 4 cn Fillets

Cooking Smoky broiled catfish

1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and liquid wood-smoke flavoring.
2. Preheat broiler pan for five minutes.
3. Coat pan with shortening spray.
4. Place catfish on broiler pan; brush with mixture.
5. Broili three inches from heat for 4-6 minutes, basting occasionally for 3 minutes or until catfish flakes easily.
6. Makes 4 servings.
