Smoky barbecue sauce

Smoky barbecue sauce ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1⁄2 c water
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1 T Prepared mustard
- 1 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Cayenne
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 c butter Or margarine
- 1⁄2 c Catsup
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 t Liquid Smoke
Cooking Smoky barbecue sauce
1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well.
2. Bring to a boil then cook, uncovered, over a medium heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stiri in remaining ingredients.
4. Use to baste chicken or other meat.
5. Yield: about 2
