Smokey catfish ingredients
- 4 Catfish fillets
- 2 t Liquid hickory smoke
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
Cooking Smokey catfish
1. Combine all ingredients except fillets in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Coat broiling pan with a shortening spray.
3. Place catfish in pan and coat both sides with mixture.
4. Broili 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
