Smoked sausage antipasto salad ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey Smoked Sausage or
  • -Turkey Polska Kielbasa
  • -to 1-½ lbs.
  • -sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Italian Salad Dressing
  • 6 c Lettuce, torn
  • 8 Leaves romaine lettuce, torn
  • 3 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 Cucumber; sliced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c Cauliflower pieces
  • 3 oz Black olives
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled

Cooking Smoked sausage antipasto salad

1. Browni smoked sausage in a skillet and drain well on paper towels.
2. Arrange lettuce on a large serving dish and top with vegetables and sausage.
3. Add feta cheese.
4. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
